Chris is an attorney and business management specialist with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for excellence.
He brings more than 21 years of strategic management, marketing, advertising, legal, ethics, leadership,
information systems and technology, e-commerce, and web development experience. Prior to launching Newhall Studios
he held several senior management and executive positions in various organizations. |

His career experience spans Fortune 500 corporations, traditional and online universities, small and medium-sized
companies, and several Internet ventures. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration
and Marketing from New York University and a Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law. |

For the last six years, Chris has also been teaching business and technology courses at several universities
in various graduate and undergraduate programs. Currently, he is an adjunct professor at Woodbury University
teaching business courses in the MBA and BS degree programs, and teaches graduate online courses in the
Masters of Science in E-Commerce program for University of Maryland University College. Chris also conducts seminars and
gives lectures on a variety of topics, and is available for speaking engagements as needed. |

John is a graphics design master with innovative, original, and world-class designs. He has extensive expertise
in all aspects of graphics design in both traditional and digital mediums for various companies.
John has worked as a graphics designer and Art Director, leading teams and helping clients in marketing, branding, and
advertising efforts. He also owns his own successful graphics design business. |

artist with various musical and multimedia skills. John is truly a renaissance man that feels comfortable in both the corporate and
artistic enviroments. Together with Chris, John has worked side-by-side from the early beginnings to mold and

Simona Asaro

Simona has a broad range of experiences in the recording industry, non-profit organizations, advertising firms,
adult education, and Internet development companies. She brings forth fresh ideas, realistic visions,
and detail oriented energy to any project. Her web development and programming, usability and design, and
content management expertise have been sharpened in dozens of projects. Simona loves to continually learn and
hone her skills in multiple fields, as a way to enrich both her professional career and personal life. |

Simona earned a Masters of Professional Studies in Interactive Telecommunications from New York University, in
one of the first innovative programs of study dedicated to interactive media and telecommunication. She
believes in integrating the artistic rhetoric with technological insight to compete and succeed in
today's increasingly technological and web-savvy businesses. Simona currently works for Advance Internet
and teaches as adjunct faculty at New York University's School of Continuing and Professional
Studies, where she received the Outstanding Service Award in 2003. |

Cindy Banescu

Cindy is a professional photographer, artist, and digital images support expert. She has extensive experience
with managing digital images, editing professional portfolios, handling artists rights administration, and
managing intellectual property issues. Cindy has edited portfolios of many advertising photographers
and provided art direction on photographic shoots for various stock libraries. Her sharp visual ability,
original design sense, and keen insights on traditional and digital photography, in addition to her unique,
innovative, and contemporary composition approaches, make her a valuable and vital partner. |

Cindy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from BYU, with an emphasis in photography and design. Her
professional career, spanning more than eight years, has allowed her to pursue various aspects of the
graphic arts, as well as having a broad working knowledge in licensing and managing intellectual property rights.
She has worked with some of the biggest names in stock photography, like Getty, Workbook, and Pictor International.

Jeof Oyster

Jeof has been involved in Internet and Web design for over nine years. An innovative and entrepreneurial
businessman, his experience includes information architecture consulting, website design and architecture,
web programming, website planning and management, and organizational strategic planning &
program management. |

Jeof has also owned and operated his own Internet consulting firm, Sevex Omnimedia, that worked on projects
for Christian start-ups and non-profits including the Travel the Road television show,
Keep Growing Incorporated, and Barry St. Clair’s Reach Out Youth Solutions. While at
Top Flight he served as Lead Technology Specialist where he was responsible for planning, constructing,
and managing all technology and website initiatives. Most recently he assumed the program manager
position for the EuroTrain experience, and coordinated the preparation, training resources and
recruitment for an international leadership training experience. |
